Because this resort often sells out months in advance, we have set aside a special room block for our guests. But in order to ensure that you can be a part of our wedding celebration, there are a few important deadline dates that we ask you take note of:














If you are planning to attend our wedding celebration, we kindly urge you to not wait until the last minute and make your reservations as soon as possible so we can plan our events accordingly. While a select number of rooms have been set aside for the group block, any new reservation requests are based on availability. So to book the room category that you want, it's best to contact our travel coordinator MarieSam at Mariesam@wrighttravelagency.com and make your reservations as early as possible.

IMPORTANT DEADLINE DATES

- THE DEADLINE TO MAKE YOUR RESERVATION IS MARCH 20, 2024. PLEASE NOTE THE DEPOSIT OF 30% OF YOUR TOTAL ROOM COSTS IS DUE WITHIN 3 DAYS OF YOUR RESERVATION BEING MADE. IF YOU ADD FLIGHTS OR TRAVEL PROTECTION INSURANCE TO YOUR PACKAGE, YOUR DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT WILL INCREASE.

- A SECOND DEPOSIT OF 50% OF YOUR TOTAL RESERVATION IS DUE ON MAY 1, 2024. 

- THE DEADLINE FOR ALL FINAL PAYMENTS ON YOUR ROOM RESERVATION IS JUNE 20, 2024.

LATE PAYMENTS ARE SUBJECT TO A $50/PERSON PENALTY FEE.
